All aboard for Stockholm

I depart for Stockholm in 8 days, and I have no idea what to wear and what to take. Everyone looks amazing there, so my hand luggage (too poor to afford taking a suitcase) needs to be packed to the brim with amazing outfits and accessories. Any idea's on what to take?
